What changed in each release
The current version is 1.3.0. Updates are delivered through WordPress.org like any other plugin.
- Events and seat reservations: a second booking mode alongside appointments. Customers browse dated sessions and reserve specific seats.
- Venues and halls with a visual seat planner: draw layouts, generate seats in bulk, and group them into tiers such as VIP, Standard and Balcony with their own colours and prices. Individual seat price overrides.
- Multi-hall events: switch seat maps between halls during booking.
- Setup wizard mode selection: choose appointments, events, or both.
- Seat booking admin interface for managing reservations.
- Event list shows live seats-left and a “from” price;
[schedopia_booking mode="event"]renders the event form.
- CSV export from the bookings list. The export respects the current filters and search, so what you see is what you get.
- Fixed search in the bookings list.
- Built-in spam protection for the public booking form: a honeypot field and a minimum fill-time check, both running on your server.
- Optional Google reCAPTCHA v3, enabled only when you add your own site and secret keys under Settings → Booking rules.
- Customer self-service cancellation through a secure link in the confirmation email, with an administrator-set cut-off.
- Read-only calendar feed to subscribe to from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
- Add-to-calendar buttons (Google, Outlook, Apple) in customer emails.
- Redesigned email templates.
- Service add-ons with their own price and duration. The booking total and slot length update to include selected add-ons.
- Fixed timezone defaults so bookings use the correct offset out of the box.
- First stable release with the complete appointments system: services and categories, staff with weekly hours, days off, buffers and capacity, a three-step mobile-first booking form, transactional double-booking protection, dashboard, bookings, customers, manual and offline payments, activity log, email notifications, Form Appearance customizer, and the REST API under
