Who we are
The Schedopia website is operated by ThinkMatic, the maker of the Schedopia WordPress plugin. You can reach us at [email protected].
What this site does not collect
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers, does not set cookies, and loads no scripts from third parties. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Information you send us
The contact form, the enquiry form, the newsletter form and the Pro waitlist form send the details you enter (such as your name, email address, website and message) to a form-handling service acting on our behalf, which forwards them to us by email. We use that information only to reply to you, to send the updates you asked for, or to contact you about the Pro waitlist. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
If you tick the box to receive release updates, we will email you about new versions and guides, no more than a few times a month, and every email will include a way to stop.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Newsletter and waitlist addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email[email protected] and we will respond.
The plugin is different from this website
The Schedopia plugin runs on your own WordPress site and stores bookings and customer data in your database. It does not send data to us or to anyone else, unless you enable the optional reCAPTCHA integration, in which case the details are described in the documentation. As the operator of your site, you are responsible for your own privacy policy covering the bookings you take.

We will update this page if the way the website handles information changes, and update the date above.
